At Prestige Pug House, our Pug puppies are raised in a clean, family-centered environment and receive attentive preventive veterinary care from an early age. Every puppy placed with a new family is supported by our Health & Wellness Assurance Program, designed to provide transparency, confidence, and peace of mind throughout the adoption process. 1. Initial Veterinary Examination Requirement The Buyer agrees to have their Pug puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within seven (7) days of receiving the puppy. If a licensed veterinarian identifies a serious congenital condition or previously undetected illness during this initial evaluation period, Prestige Pug House will provide a full refund of the adoption fee, including transportation expenses, once the puppy has been safely returned to our care and documentation has been reviewed. 2. Genetic & Breed-Related Health Coverage While responsible breeding greatly reduces health risks, some hereditary conditions may still occur in purebred dogs. To provide reassurance, Prestige Pug House offers a lifetime guarantee against severe congenital genetic defects that significantly impact the puppy’s quality of life. If such a condition is confirmed by two independent licensed veterinarians, the Buyer may choose one of the following options: A full refund of the adoption fee, including transportation costs, or A replacement Pug puppy of equal value from a future available litter 3. Communicable Illness Protection If the puppy is diagnosed with a contagious illness within fourteen (14) days after arrival, confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, Prestige Pug House will issue a full refund of the adoption fee, including transportation expenses, once the puppy is safely returned. This protection ensures confidence during the early transition period. 4. Transportation & Delivery Terms Shipping Arrangements When delivery services are requested: Transportation expenses are the responsibility of the Buyer Only experienced and trusted pet transportation partners are used Travel coordination details and updates are provided prior to departure In-Person Pickup For families choosing personal pickup: A non-refundable deposit of $475 is required to reserve the puppy The remaining adoption balance must be completed at the time of pickup 5. Adoption Fee Payment Policy The full adoption balance must be completed prior to delivery arrangements or at the scheduled pickup appointment. Buyer Care Responsibilities By adopting a puppy from Prestige Pug House, the Buyer agrees to provide responsible, lifelong care that includes: Proper nutrition and clean drinking water Safe and appropriate housing conditions Regular physical activity suitable for the breed Routine veterinary visits and preventative healthcare Compliance with all applicable local and state pet ownership regulations These responsibilities are essential to maintaining the puppy’s long-term health and wellbeing. 7. Agreement Confirmation This Health & Wellness Assurance Agreement represents the complete understanding between Prestige Pug House and the Buyer regarding the health coverage and responsibilities associated with the adoption. Any updates or modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and acknowledged by both parties to be considered valid. 1. If a serious congenital defect or previously undetected illness is diagnosed during this period, Disney Farms will issue a full refund of the adoption fee, including transportation costs, once the puppy is safely returned to our care. 2. Breed-Specific Health Protection Australian Shepherds, like all purebred dogs, may carry certain inherited conditions. To address this responsibly, Disney Farms provides a lifetime guarantee against severe congenital defects. If a covered condition is confirmed by two (2) licensed veterinarians, the Buyer may choose one of the following options: A full refund of the adoption fee, including transportation expenses, or A replacement Australian Shepherd puppy of equal value, when available 3. Communicable Illness Coverage If the puppy is diagnosed with a communicable illness within fourteen (14) days of arrival, Disney Farms will refund the full adoption fee, including transportation costs, upon the puppy’s safe return. 4. Transportation & Delivery Shipping: When shipping is requested, all transportation costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Disney Farms works exclusively with reputable, professional pet transport providers and supplies tracking details for added peace of mind. In-Person Pickup: Buyers who choose to pick up their puppy in person are required to submit a $475 non-refundable deposit at the time of agreement. The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of pickup. 5. Adoption Fee & Payments The full adoption fee must be paid prior to delivery, whether the puppy is shipped or collected in person. For in-person pickups, the $475 deposit secures the puppy, with the remaining balance due at pickup. 6. Buyer Responsibilities The Buyer agrees to provide their Australian Shepherd puppy with lifelong, responsible care, including: High-quality nutrition and clean drinking water Safe and appropriate housing Regular exercise and mental stimulation Ongoing veterinary care and preventative health measures Full compliance with all local and state dog ownership laws This agreement represents the complete understanding between Disney Farms and the Buyer. Any changes or amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be valid.
