While we carefully raise our puppies with strong health standards and responsible care, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. This policy explains the conditions under which returns or refunds may be considered.Our priority is always the wellbeing of the puppy and fairness to both families and our program.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered if a licensed veterinarian confirms a serious medical condition that differs from the official health documentation provided at the time of adoption.Eligible situations may include:

  • A verified congenital condition
  • A serious hereditary health issue affecting quality of life
  • A medical concern present prior to placement but not previously identified

All refund requests must include written veterinary documentation for review.Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after verification is completed.If a replacement puppy is requested instead of a refund, confirmation from two independent licensed veterinarians may be required.

Returns Within the First 90 Days

If, within 90 days of adoption, a family experiences unexpected circumstances that prevent them from continuing to care for their puppy, the puppy may be returned to Prestige Pug House for consideration of a refund.

Return eligibility depends on:

  • Veterinary evaluation of the puppy’s health condition
  • Confirmation that the puppy has received proper care
  • Absence of injury, neglect, or environmental harm

If our veterinarian determines that improper care contributed to the puppy’s condition, a refund will not be issued.

Returns After 90 Days

After 90 days from the adoption date, refunds are no longer available for returns related to lifestyle changes, relocation, or personal circumstances.However, we strongly encourage families to contact us if assistance with responsible rehoming support is needed.Our commitment to our puppies continues beyond placement.

Transportation Responsibilities for Returns

For returns related to personal circumstances:

  • The buyer is responsible for all transportation or return delivery expenses

If a medical concern is confirmed within 7 days of pickup or delivery:

  • Prestige Pug House will coordinate and cover approved return transportation arrangements when applicable
