Pricing & Reservation Policy

All puppy prices listed on PrestigePugHouse.com are fixed and fairly structured to ensure equal treatment for all families.

To help secure your preferred puppy, reservations are available once puppies become eligible for selection.

Reservation Deposits

Deposits are accepted once puppies reach two (2) weeks of age.

To reserve a puppy:

• A non-refundable reservation deposit of $300 is required
• Deposits confirm your commitment and remove the puppy from public availability
• Once the deposit is received, the selected puppy is placed on hold exclusively for your family

If the reservation deposit is not completed within the agreed timeframe, Prestige Pug House reserves the right to make the puppy available to another approved home.

Payment & Pickup Timeline

The remaining adoption balance must be completed when the puppy reaches seven (7) weeks of age or prior to pickup—whichever occurs first.

Additional pickup expectations:

• Puppies should be collected within 7 days after reaching 7 weeks of age
• If additional care beyond this timeframe is requested, a $10 per day boarding fee may apply
• For puppies already older than 7 weeks at the time of reservation, the same 7-day pickup window applies

For shipped puppies, the pickup timeline does not apply; however, full payment must be completed before delivery arrangements begin

Shipping & Delivery Services

If visiting in person is not possible, Prestige Pug House offers safe nationwide delivery across the United States using trusted airline and professional pet transport services.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and vary depending on destination and travel requirements.

Typical delivery preparation includes:

• Airline-approved travel crate
• USDA-certified veterinary health clearance
• Pre-departure wellness check
• Official health documentation required for travel

We coordinate each delivery carefully to ensure a secure and comfortable journey for every puppy.

Important Delivery Safety Guidelines

To protect the wellbeing of our puppies:

• Air delivery is available only through approved major U.S. airports accepting live animal transport
• Travel schedules may be adjusted based on airline policies
• Flights may be delayed if weather conditions create unsafe travel environments
• During warmer seasons, departures are arranged during the safest available travel windows

Puppy safety always comes before scheduling convenience.

Ground Delivery Option

For families who prefer a more personal delivery experience, ground transport arrangements may be available depending on distance and scheduling availability.

We may coordinate a meeting location within approximately two (2) hours driving distance for a delivery fee starting at $200.

Ground delivery is a popular option for families seeking a direct hand-to-hand transition instead of airline transport.
