2. Pricing & Reservation Policy
All puppy prices displayed on PrestigePugHouse.com are final and not open to negotiation.
To reserve a puppy, a non-refundable deposit is required. This ensures the puppy is held exclusively for the selected buyer.
The remaining balance must be completed prior to pickup or delivery arrangements.
If the final payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, Prestige Pug House reserves the right to make the puppy available to another qualified family.
3. Health Guarantee
Each Pug puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian before leaving our care and is provided with:
- Up-to-date vaccinations appropriate for age
- Routine deworming treatments
- A certified veterinary health report
- A one-year genetic health guarantee covering serious hereditary conditions
Buyers must schedule a veterinary examination within four (4) days after receiving their puppy. If a major health concern is confirmed during this period, eligibility for a replacement puppy will be reviewed according to our Health Guarantee Policy.
4. Shipping & Pickup Arrangements
We offer delivery services throughout the United States via approved transport options and airline programs where available.
Please note:
- Shipping and delivery costs are the buyer’s responsibility
- Puppies are transported only after full payment has been received
- Shipping may be delayed or rescheduled due to airline policies, weather conditions, or safety considerations affecting the puppy
Ground transport and personal pickup options may also be available depending on scheduling and location.
5. Buyer Commitments
By adopting a puppy from Prestige Pug House, the buyer agrees to:
- Provide proper nutrition and a safe living environment
- Ensure regular veterinary care and vaccinations
- Offer adequate exercise, supervision, and companionship
- Never neglect, abandon, or mistreat the puppy
- Contact us if they are unable to continue caring for the puppy so we can assist with responsible placement solutions

6. Refund & Return Guidelines
Reservation deposits are non-refundable.
Returns are accepted only within four (4) days of delivery or pickup if a licensed veterinarian confirms a serious health issue.
